Leaders are expected to model our core company values daily. Leaders are also expected to run their teams in accordance with our company culture and not create sub-cultures. This promotes an environment of fluid and fast moving decisions and prevents siloing in the organization.

Celebrating the people at Metronome and achievements we have accomplished together is very important to us. We make sure to recognize and reward employee achievements in a handful of ways because each person has a different preference of how they would love to be recognized. We have the following outlets - #shoutouts channel in slack, values nominations and recognition at bi-weekly All Hands, annual comp reviews, company celebrations for big milestones, and custom swag for top projects.
