Collaborative (we make sure each team is up to date on what others are working on), Communicative (we have several informative slack channels and both GTM and company wide all hand company meetings), Cross-Functional (with our company OKR's it's imperative we are all on the same page to work towards the same business outcomes) 

Senior leadership makes sure to prioritize our company culture. The company makes sure to have an open and honest line of communication, whether that be with performance reviews, meeting retros, or even feedback about our own products. 

We do this in three main ways - through our "spotlight" slack channel, our "spotlight" session in our GTM all hands, and our "spotlight" session in our Company All Hands. In addition, we have a LinkedIn slack channel where employees paste anything they post on LinkedIn for internal employees to be aware of and "like" if they see fit. It's a great way to continue to keep up company moral and culture.
