We use the 15Five performance management platform which gives people a place to share what they’re working on, where they need help, and to recognized others who are exhibiting the different company values. We use this same tool to manage our semi-annual performance reviews.

As a smaller company, we have a flat leadership structure, which results in our employees having significant responsibility and ownership.

We have an award ceremony on our annual company trip. We also give merit increases and promotions based on employee success.
